苍附导痰丸联合养精种玉汤在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of Cangfu Daotan pill combined with Yangjing Zhongyu decoction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探究苍附导痰丸联合养精种玉汤在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年8月于广州中医药大学深圳医院(福田)收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者80例,随机分成两组,对照组进行常规的西医治疗,研究组则进行苍附导痰丸联合养精种玉汤中医治疗。结果:研究组的治疗效果高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组的各项临床指标优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:将苍附导痰丸联合养精种玉汤应用于多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床治疗中,可有效改善患者的各项指标,具有理想的效果,值得推广。

Objective: To explore the application effect of Cangfu Daotan pill(苍附导痰丸) combined with Yangjing Zhongyu decoction(养精种玉汤) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Shenzhen Hospital(Futian), Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment while the study group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Cangfu Daotan pill combined with Yangjing Zhongyu decoction. Results: The therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cangfu Daotan pill combined with Yangjing Zhongyu decoction can be used in the clinical treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, it can effectively improve the indicators of patients, it has an ideal effect and is worthy of promotion.
