摘要
为了开发具有电磁屏蔽功能的民用纺织品,利用涤纶/不锈钢纤维混纺纱线织造不同规格的电磁屏蔽织物。测试分析了涤纶/不锈钢纤维混纺织物组织结构、混纺纱线嵌织网格大小、嵌织密度对电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:织物组织结构会影响涤纶/不锈钢纤维混纺织物电磁屏蔽性能;涤纶/不锈钢纤维混纺纱线嵌织形成的网格面积越小,织物电磁屏蔽效能越好;织物的电磁屏蔽效能随不锈钢纱线嵌织密度的增大而增大;涤纶/不锈钢纤维混纺织物电磁屏蔽效能具有方向性,当涤纶/不锈钢纤维混纺纱线排列方向与电磁波中磁场振动方向垂直时,屏蔽效能最大。
In order to develop electromagnetic shielding functional civil textiles,polyester/stainless steel fiber blended yarns were used to weave different electromagnetic shielding fabrics.The effects of the weave structure,the mesh size and the embedded density of polyester/stainless-steel fiber blended yarn on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness were tested and analyzed.The results show that the weave structure of polyester/stainless steel fiber blended fabric has a certain influence on electromagnetic shielding;the smaller the mesh area formed by polyester/stainless steel fiber blended yarn,the better the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the fabric;the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the fabric increases with the increase of the embedded density of the polyester/stainless steel yarn;the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of polyester/stainless steel fiber blended fabric has directivity;when the orientation of polyester/stainless steel fiber blended yarn is perpendicular to the vibration direction of the magnetic field in the electromagnetic wave,the shielding efficiency is the greatest.
