《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》从四个角度擘画了档案资源体系建设的主要任务。即在范围上突出重点、扩大收集面;在质量上加强基点、重点和难点的把控;在结构上保证接收的规范化和制度化、征集的社会化与合作化;在档案的数字转型上通过定量化的指标加以落实。

The"14th Five-Year"Plan for the Development of National Archives planned the main tasks for the construction of the archival resources system from four perspectives.Specifically,in terms of scope,it is important to highlight the focus and expand the collections.And in terms of quality,it is necessary to strengthen the control over the basis,the key and difficult points.Moreover,in terms of structure,it is of significance to achieve the standardization and institutionalization of archives received and the socialization and cooperation of the collections while the digital transformation of archives is mainly fulfilled through quantitative indicators.
