环境噪声监测技术中存在的问题及系统改进初探

本文重点分析环境噪声监测技术中存在的问题以及系统改进,目前由于噪声监测人员和仪器设施不够完善、监测人员对环境噪声监测标准以及现有方法很难达成一致、环境噪声监测条件无法满足目前提出的基本要求等问题的影响,导致环境噪声监测技术应用效果并不是很理想。基于此,要培养噪声监测队伍,严格按照目前现有的一系列标准和要求进行操作,对监测条件进行合理选择,为监测数据的准确性提供保证,以此来实现对目前现有问题的改善和优化。

This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the environmental noise monitoring technology and the system improvement. At present, due to the imperfection of the noise monitoring personnel and instruments, it is difficult for the monitoring personnel to reach an agreement on the environmental noise monitoring standards and existing methods, and the environmental noise monitoring conditions can not meet the basic requirements, the application effect of environmental noise monitoring technology is not very ideal. Based on this, it is necessary to train the noise monitoring team, operate in strict accordance with a series of existing standards and requirements, reasonably select the monitoring conditions, and provide guarantee for the accuracy of monitoring data, so as to improve and optimize the existing problems.
