摘要
焚烧是实现危险废物和医疗废物无害化处理的主要方式。特别是当前我国"新型冠状病毒肺炎"疫情暴发期间,我们迫切需要高效、清洁和稳定的焚烧技术,以协同方式处置危险废物和医疗废物。本文介绍了危险废物回转窑焚烧系统。论述了医疗废物热化学转化特性与危险废物差异较大、体系交互影响显著、焚烧过程难以稳定等共性问题。为了实现焚烧稳定、高效和清洁的目标,提出了主要解决措施,以促进我国危险废物协同医疗废物无害化焚烧处置技术的发展。
Incineration is the most available way to achieve the harmless treatment of hazardous waste and medical waste. There is urgent need of high-efficiency, clean and stable incineration technology of synergistic disposal of hazardous waste and medical waste Syn-HW-MW, especially during the outbreak of pandemic, such as the COVID-19. This paper introduced the incineration system of hazardous waste in rotary kiln. It also discussed that the common problems centers on the wide varieties thermochemical transformation between different medical wastes and hazardous wastes, significant interaction between incineration systems, and unstable incineration process. In order to achieve the goal of stable, efficient and clean incineration, the main solutions were put forward to promote the development of harmless incineration technology of Syn-HW-MW in China.
