三明治教学法联合情景模拟教学在中医护理技术培训中的应用 被引量:10

The Application of Sandwich Teaching Method Combined with Situational Simulation Teaching Method in the Training of Nursing Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的观察三明治教学法联合情景模拟教学在中医护理技术培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2019年12月中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇科病房实习的60名护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30名。对照组采用传统的教学方法,按照教学大纲的要求,完成教学目标;研究组采用三明治教学法联合情景模拟教学的方法。比较2组实习护士的理论成绩、操作成绩、核心能力评分及对教学工作的满意度。结果研究组实习护士的理论成绩和操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习护士的总结知识、自主学习、沟通合作、语言表达、创新思维5个方面核心能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习护士对教学工作的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三明治教学法联合情景模拟教学在中医护理技术培训中的实践效果较好,值得在科室进一步实践应用,具有一定的推广价值。 Objective To observe the practical effect of sandwich teaching method and situation simulation teaching method in the training of nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 60 intern nurses in the gynecological ward of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 30 intern nurses in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching methods and completed the teaching objectives according to the requirements of the teaching syllabus.The research group adopted sandwich teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching method.The theoretical score,operational score,core competence score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of practice nurses were compared.Results The theoretical and operational scores of practice nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The core competence scores of the practice nurses in the study group were better than those in the control group in five aspects of summary knowledge,independent learning,communication and cooperation,language expression and innovative thinking,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of practice nurses in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sandwich teaching method and situational simulation teaching method have a good practical effect in the training of nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further practice and application in the department and has certain promotion value.
