摘要 青年教师代表着学校的未来,青年教师的教学素养影响着学校当下和未来的育人水平,为提升青年教师教学水平,作者以中医文化课为例,介绍了多种方法,如一手好字、绘画讲授、语言优美、琴声悠扬、故事传说和实践教学。集音、诗、书、画、行于一体,结合传统文化与时代精神,全方位、多角度提高教学水平,提高学生学习兴趣和学习效果。 Young teachers represent the future of the school.Young teachers’teaching quality affects the current and future education level of the school.In order to improve the teaching level of young teachers,the author takes traditional Chinese medicine culture class as an example to introduce various methods,such as good handwriting,painting teaching,beautiful language,melodious piano sound,story legend and practical teaching.It integrates sounds,poems,books,paintings and deeds,combines traditional culture with the spirit of the times,improves the teaching level in all directions and from all angles,and improves students’learning interest and learning effect.
