Young teachers represent the future of the school.Young teachers’teaching quality affects the current and future education level of the school.In order to improve the teaching level of young teachers,the author takes traditional Chinese medicine culture class as an example to introduce various methods,such as good handwriting,painting teaching,beautiful language,melodious piano sound,story legend and practical teaching.It integrates sounds,poems,books,paintings and deeds,combines traditional culture with the spirit of the times,improves the teaching level in all directions and from all angles,and improves students’learning interest and learning effect.
