血液科教学查房及改进策略研究

Survey on the Ward Inspection and Improvement Strategies during the Teaching of Hematology

我国现代医学教育临床带教阶段视教学查房工作为其中一项重点教学内容,旨在经由真实的病例对疾病进行诊疗剖析,以可视化、直观化的教学模式,更好地培养医学生医疗思维能力,提升其综合医学素养。因此,教学查房与常规医疗查房有本质区别。血液内科患者因自身疾病特殊性,治疗阶段更易滋生感染,易出血,疾病治疗难度较大,因此传统教学查房工作较难落实。文章主要就当下教学查房模式与传统轮转带教模式的教学差异展开叙述,以此引申血液内科教学查房工作开展的必要性,剖析现阶段血液内科教学查房中存在的问题,并提出相应解决之策。

Currently,the teaching ward inspection is a key part of modern medicine education.The medical case analysis for disease treatment and diagnosis is applicable to achieve the visualized teaching,cultivate medical student’s thinking ability and increase their professional quality.There are essential differences of ward inspection and conventional inspection.In the treatment stage,high occurrences of infection and hemorrhage may increase the difficulty of curing the diseases.Therefore,the conventional inspection is hard to be implemented.In this paper,the importance,existing problems and countermeasures of ward inspections during the teaching of hematology are expounded.
