针刺联合中药治疗胃阴亏虚型胃痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine in Treating Stomach Pain with Deficiency of Stomach Yin

目的探究针刺联合自拟汤药治疗胃阴亏虚型胃痛的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月沈阳市浑南区医院收治的100例胃阴亏虚型胃痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者应用常规西医疗法,试验组患者应用针刺联合自拟中药汤剂口服,治疗4周。比较2组患者的治疗效果、不良反应总发生率及中医证候积分。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%(48/50),高于对照组的82.0%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应总发生率为6.0%(3/50),低于对照组的20.0%(10/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后口干、嘈杂、胃脘疼痛的中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合自拟汤药治疗胃阴亏虚型胃痛,能提高患者的治疗效果,减少患者不良反应的发生,缓解患者的症状,值得推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy combined with self-made decoction on stomach pain patients with deficiency of stomach yin.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,100 cases of stomach pain with deficiency of stomach yin were selected.In two groups,50 patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine.In the experimental group,50 patients were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion for four weeks.The total effective rate,adverse reaction rate and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.0%(48/50),which was higher than that of the control group(82.0%,41/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.0%(3/50),which was lower than that in the control group 20.0%(10/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of dry mouth,noise and epigastric pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction is effective in treating stomach pain patients with deficiency of stomach yin,promotes the relief of clinical symptoms,and has high security.It’s worth promoting.
