三部六病纠偏疗法基本理论探析

Discussion on the Basic Theory of Rectification Therapy for Three-parts and Six-diseases

纠偏疗法是三部六病理论体系的两大疗法之一,临床运用广泛,具有系统性、实用性。纠偏思想源于阴阳偏胜偏衰理论。人体依三部划分,各部有寒热虚实之别,从而人体诸证可分属十二单证。以阳病为实为热、阴病为虚为寒,人体三部可分为三阳病与三阴病。三阴三阳六病各有主证主方、类证类方,十二单证亦有主药类药,根据不同证候可灵活运用,对于复合病以“合病合方,合证合药”纠偏论治。本文通过对三部六病纠偏疗法的基本理论进行初步探析,论述了三部六病纠偏疗法的典型证治规律,以期为该疗法在临床的广泛、精准应用提供参考。

Rectification therapy is one of the two major therapies in the theoretical system of three-parts and six-diseases.It is widely used in clinical practice and is systematic and practical.The idea of rectifying deviation originates from the theory that yin and yang prevail over each other and decline.The human body is divided into three parts,and each part has the difference of cold,heat,deficiency and excess,thus the diseases of the human body can be classified into twelve documents.Yang disease is hyperactive and hot.And yin disease is deficiency and cold.So the three parts of the human body can be divided into three yang diseases and three yin diseases.Six disease of three yin and three yang each has the main card and main prescription,similar syndromes and prescriptions.Twelve documents of treatment also contain the major drugs and similar drugs.These prescriptions and drugs can be flexibly applied according to different syndromes.Compound diseases are treated by correcting the deviation of“combination of disease and prescription,combination of syndrome and medicine”.Through a preliminary analysis of the basic theory of rectification therapy for three-parts and six-diseases,this paper discusses the typical rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment of three-parts and six-diseases rectification therapy,so as to be widely and accurately applied clinically.
