人参蛤蚧散联合肠内营养治疗COPD稳定期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Renshen Gejie Powder Combined with Enteral Nutrition in the Treatment of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmoriary Disease with Deficiency of both Lung and Kidney

目的研究人参蛤蚧散联合肠内营养治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmoriary disease,COPD)稳定期肺肾两虚证的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月—2020年10月福建中医药大学附属人民医院就诊的60例COPD稳定期肺肾两虚证患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组(西医基础治疗组)、治疗组1(西医基础治疗组+肠内营养)、治疗组2(西医基础治疗组+人参蛤蚧散口服)和治疗组3(西医基础治疗组+人参蛤蚧散口服+肠内营养)4组,每组15例。比较患者肺功能恢复及总体治疗效果情况。结果经治疗后,治疗组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组3总有效率和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对COPD稳定期肺肾两虚证患者采用人参蛤蚧散联合肠内营养治疗,能显著提升肺功能各项指标,缓解临床症状,进一步提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Renshen Gejie powder combined with enteral nutrition in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmoriary disease(COPD)with deficiency of both lung and kidney.Methods From November 2018 to October 2020,stable COPD patients with deficiency of both lung and kidney in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(western medicine basic treatment group),treatment group 1(western medicine basic treatment group and enteral nutrition),treatment group 2(western medicine basic treatment group and Renshen Gejie powder)and treatment group 3(western medicine basic treatment group,Renshen Gejie powder and enteral nutrition).There were 15 cases in each group.The recovery of lung function and the overall treatment effect were compared.Results After treatment,the data of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of therapeutic efficacy,the difference between the treatment group 3 and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Renshen Gejie powder combined with enteral nutrition can significantly improve the lung function,relieve clinical symptoms and further improve the quality of life of stable COPD patients with deficiency of both lung and kidney.
