温胃建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wenwei Jianzhong Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia of Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach Type

目的观察温胃建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD)患者的临床疗效及对胃动素(Recombinant motilin,MTL)、胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)水平的影响。方法选取2019年3月—2019年9月于宁夏回族自治区中医医院暨中医研究院肝胆脾胃病科门诊就诊的符合本研究纳入标准的30例脾胃虚寒型FD患者作为研究对象,同时选取该医院治未病中心的38例健康体检者作为健康对照组。脾胃虚寒型FD患者给予温胃建中汤治疗,连续治疗4周,观察并比较患者治疗前后的中医证候积分,MTL、GAS的变化情况。结果患者治疗后总有效率100%(30/30)较治疗前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组患者治疗后胃脘隐痛、脘腹胀满、疲乏倦怠、手足不温、大便稀溏证候积分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后MTL、GAS水平较治疗前均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温胃建中汤可有效改善FD患者胃脘隐痛、脘腹胀满等临床症状,调节MTL、GAS的分泌,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenwei Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen stomach deficiency cold type and the effect on the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS).Methods From March 2019 to September 2019,30 FD patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach who met the inclusion criteria of this study were selected as the study objects,and 38 healthy and physical examiners from the treatment center of this hospital were selected as the healthy control group.Patients with FD of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type were treated with Wenwei Jianzhong decoction for 4 weeks.The changes of the total score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,MTL and gas before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate after treatment was 100%(30/30),which was improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the TCM group,the scores of epigastric dull pain,abdominal distension,fatigue and fatigue,tepid hands and feet and loose stool after treatment were all lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,MTL and GAS levels decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenwei Jianzhong decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of FD of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type,such as stomachache,fullness of stomachache and so on.It can regulate the secretion of MTL and gas,and has good safety.
