人参汤联合针刺对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Renshen Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients with Gastric Cancer after Operation

目的探究人参汤联合针刺对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的作用。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院胃肠科收治的68例接受胃癌手术治疗的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)与试验组(34例)。对照组采用常规治疗、护理,试验组在对照组的基础上予以人参汤联合针刺,针刺采取宣肺利气法。2组治疗时间均为1个月。治疗结束后比较2组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、血浆血管活性肠肽及治疗优良率。结果治疗后与对照组相比,试验组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间较短,血浆血管活性肠肽水平较低(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,试验组优良率较高(P<0.05)。结论人参汤联合针刺应用于胃癌手术治疗患者可有效促进其胃肠功能恢复,适宜临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Renshen decoction on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods 68 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group(34 cases)and experimental group(34 cases).The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,the experimental group was given acupuncture combined with Renshen decoction on the basis of the control group,and the method of promoting lung and promoting qi was adopted.The treatment time of both groups was one month.After treatment,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of anal exhaust,the time of first defecation,the plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide and the excellent and good rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of anal exhaust,the time of first defecation and the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide in the experimental group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the excellent rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Renshen decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery,which is suitable for clinical application.
