针刺京骨穴配合推拿阳性激发点治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Jinggu(BL64)Combined with Massage Positive Stimulation Point in the Treatment of Fasciitis of Lumbodorsal Muscles

目的探讨针刺京骨穴配合推拿阳性激发点治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月于南昌市洪都中医院接受治疗的80例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规电针治疗,试验组采取针刺京骨穴配合推拿阳性激发点治疗。对2组患者治疗后1、6周和治疗后3个月视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)的评分、症状评分和治疗效果进行比较分析。结果试验组在治疗后1周、治疗后6周、治疗后3个月的VAS疼痛评分、症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组愈显率62.5%(25/40)明显高于对照组愈显率40.0%(16/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针刺京骨穴配合阳性激发点推拿治疗方案对缓解腰背肌筋膜炎引发的疼痛,改善患者症状和治疗效果具有明确的临床意义,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture Jinggu(BL64)combined with massage positive excitation point in the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with psoas myofascitis in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture Jinggu(BL64)combined with massage positive stimulation point,while the control group was treated with routine electroacupuncture.The VAS pain score,symptom score and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed one week after treatment,six weeks after treatment and three months after treatment.Results The VAS pain score and symptom score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1 week,6 weeks and 3 months after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the clear yield of the experimental group(62.5%,25/40)was significantly higher than that of the control group(40.0%,16/40),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Jinggu(BL64)combined with massage at positive excitation point has definite clinical significance in relieving pain caused by lumbar and dorsal myofascitis,improving symptoms and therapeutic effect of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
