辨证分型联合奥拉西坦治疗眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observation on Syndrome Differentiation and Typing Combined with Oxiracetam in the Treatment of Vertigo

目的探讨中医辨证分型联合奥拉西坦治疗眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月—2019年8月江西省南丰县中医院收治的60例眩晕症患者,按随机投掷法分为参照组和研究组,每组30例。参照组采用奥拉西坦治疗,研究组采用奥拉西坦联合中医辨证分型口服中药汤剂治疗。比较2组患者的中医证候积分、生活质量评分、治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果2组患者治疗前中医证候积分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于参照组,且研究组生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于参照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西药联合中医辨证分型口服中药汤剂治疗眩晕症的疗效更佳,可临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of vertigo with the combination of conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods 60 patients with vertigo admitted to Nanfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and the study group.The control group was treated with olacetam,and the study group was treated with olacetam combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and type oral decoction of TCM.TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and quality of life score between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and classification oral Chinese medicine decoction has better effect on vertigo,which can be widely used in clinic.
