小儿辛温外洗散剂显微鉴别和薄层色谱研究

Study of Microscopic Identification and Thin Layer Chromatography Method of Xiaoer Xinwen Washing Powder

目的建立小儿辛温外洗散剂显微和薄层鉴别方法。方法采用显微鉴别法对小儿辛温散剂中的桂枝、紫苏叶、干姜的主要显微特征进行鉴别;采用薄层色谱(Thin layer chromatography,TLC)法对散剂中的桂枝、丁香进行定性鉴别。结果显微鉴别可以明显观察到石细胞(桂枝)、非腺毛(紫苏叶)、淀粉粒(干姜)等主要显微特征;薄层色谱鉴别方法斑点清晰,专属性强,重复性好,阴性无干扰。结论本试验中使用的显微及薄层定性鉴别方法专属性强,操作简便,准确可靠,可初步有效控制小儿辛温外洗散剂的质量。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Microscopic identification and a thin layer chromatography(TLC)method for identification of Xiaoer Xinwen washing powder.Methods Use microscopic imaging system to find the microscopic features of Cassia Twi,Perilla frutescens var.Frutescens and Rhizoma Zingiberis.Use thin layer chromatography to indentify the Cassia Twi and Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.Results There was stone cell of Cassia Twi,Non-glandular hair of Perilla frutescens var.Frutescens and starch granule of Rhizoma Zingiberis in Xiaoer Xinwen washing powder.TLC had a strong specificity and showed a good spot.Conclusion The method is feasible,specific and reproducible,which can be used for qualitative analysis of Xiaoer Xinwen washing powder.
