中西医结合护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用

The Application of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的观察中西医结合护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年7月江西省乐安县人民医院收治的70例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为研究组和对照组。将35例采用常规护理干预的患者作为对照组,将35例采用中西医结合护理的患者作为研究组。比较2组患者的护理效果和简式Fugl-Meyer评定量表(Fugl-Meyer?motor?assessment,FMA)。结果研究组患者的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后的FMA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论中西医结合护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中应用,能够提高患者的护理效果,改善患者的运动功能,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 70 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Le’an County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group.35 cases of patients were treated with routine nursing intervention as the control group,and 35 cases of patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing as the study group.The nursing effect and the simple Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FMA score of the study group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia has a good clinical effect,can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
