摘要
介绍螺杆式空压机余热回收原理。结合工程实例,对螺杆式空压机余热回收系统用于制备工厂宿舍洗浴热水的节电及减排效果进行探讨。原方案采用水源热泵机组制备洗浴热水,改造后的方案在原方案基础上并联了螺杆式空压机余热回收系统。以螺杆式空压机余热回收系统制热为主,当产能不足时,水源热泵机组作为补充。改造后年节电率为59.96%,二氧化碳年减排量为442.86 t。
The principle and influencing factors of waste heat recovery of screw air compressors are introduced.Combined with engineering examples,the electricity saving and emission reduction effects of the screw air compressor waste heat recovery system used to prepare hot water for bathing in factory dormitories are discussed.The original plan uses a water source heat pump unit to prepare bathing hot water,and the transformed plan is based on the original plan with a screw air compressor waste heat recovery system in parallel.The screw air compressor waste heat recovery system is the main heating system.When the capacity is insufficient,the water source heat pump unit is used as a supplement.After the transformation,the annual electricity saving rate is 59.96%,and the annual carbon dioxide emission reduction is 442.86 t.
