动车组拖车空调压缩机过流故障分析与解决 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对160 km/h动力集中动车组拖车空调频繁出现过流故障问题,重点分析了拖车空调压缩机过流保护的要求和导致空调压缩机误报过流的工作原理,通过分析现场动车组故障数据,试验测试动力车列供和拖车逆变器的输出波形,查明了导致该型动车组拖车空调压缩机过流故障的原因是PLC主机逻辑控制程序问题.本文方法不仅能彻底解决该型动车组拖车空调压缩机过流误报警故障的问题,还对既有25G型客车车辆编组列车的类似故障处理有借鉴意义. In light of the problem of frequent overcurrent fault by air conditioners in 160 km/h power centralized EMUs,this paper analyzes the requirements of overcurrent protection for EMU air conditioner compressors and the working principle of false alarms by overcurrents of air conditioner compressors.By analyzing the data on EMUs,testing the output waveform of the power car and testing the output of the EMU inverter,it is found that the cause of overcurrent faults of the EMU air conditioner compressor is the logic control program of the PLC host.The method proposed in this paper can not only completely resolve the fault of overcurrent false alarms by EMU air conditioner compressors,but also can be used for reference for similar faults of the existing 25G passenger train.
