摘要
在酸性和碱性条件下采用糠醛与淀粉反应制备生物基热固性淀粉-糠醛树脂胶黏剂,对其基本理化性能、胶合板干状和湿状剪切强度进行测试,应用电喷雾质谱对其结构进行测定应用差示扫描量热法对其固化行为进行分析。结果表明:在pH为5、糠醛与淀粉质量比为1∶2的条件下,淀粉与糠醇发生了共缩聚反应,其分子结构主要通过-CH2-O-键连接;糠醛的加入降低了淀粉胶黏剂的凝胶时间,弱酸性条件下合成的淀粉-糠醛胶黏剂制备胶合板的干状、湿状剪切强度较碱性条件下合成的淀粉-糠醛基刨花板的剪切强度值高。
A new biomass thermosetting starch-furfural adhesive has been synthesized with furfural and starch under acidic or alkaline conditions. The physical and chemical properties of these adhesives and the dry and wet shear strengths of the plywood had been tested. The curing behavior was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and its structure was determined by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS). The results showed that the con-polymerization has been establishment between starch and furfuryl alcohol, which was mainly jointed by the bond of -CH2-O-under a pH of 5 and the mass ratio of furfural to starch of 1∶2.The addition of furfural reduced the gel time of starch adhesive. The dry and wet shear strengths of plywood prepared with starch-furfural adhesive synthesized under weak acidic condition was better than that of plywood based on starch-furfural adhesive prepared under alkaline condition.
