第2版失志量表的汉化及信效度检验

Chinese version of Demoralization ScaleⅡand its reliability and validity test

目的:对第2版失志量表(DS⁃Ⅱ)进行汉化和信效度评价。方法:采用Brislin翻译模式对英文版DS⁃Ⅱ进行翻译,采用专家咨询和预调查对翻译的量表进行初步修订;利用中文版DS⁃Ⅱ对天津市肿瘤医院中西医结合科住院的259例癌症病人进行调查,以评价量表的信效度。结果:中文版DS⁃Ⅱ包含2个维度、16个条目,其决断值为7.670~16.098,各条目答案选择百分比为5.02%~67.57%,各条目得分与量表总分的相关系数为0.507~0.738(P<0.001),删除各条目后量表中的Cronbach'sα系数未增高。中文版DS⁃Ⅱ条目水平的内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.800~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(S⁃CVI)为0.969;探索性因子分析提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为60.516%;验证性因子分析结果显示,修正后卡方自由度比(χ2/df)为1.877,拟合优度指数(GFI)为0.927,规范拟合指数(NFI)为0.928,相对拟合指数(RFI)为0.904,残差均方和平方根(RMR)为0.034,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)为0.058,各项指标均达到标准。量表总体的Cronbach'sα系数为0.906,重测信度为0.859,折半信度为0.792。结论:中文版DS⁃Ⅱ具有良好的信效度,可作为我国癌症病人失志状态的评估工具。

Objective:To translate the Demoralization ScaleⅡ(DS⁃Ⅱ)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The English version of DS⁃Ⅱwas translated using Brislin translation model.The translated scale was initially revised using expert consultation and pre⁃survey.There were 259 inhospital patients in department of integrated medicine in Tianjin medical university cancer institute&hospital were selected for questionnaire survey by Chinese version DS⁃Ⅱto evaluate reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version DS⁃Ⅱcontained 2 dimensions,involving 16 items.Its decision value was 7.670~16.098,the answer selection percentage of each item ranged from 5.02%to 67.57%.The correlation coefficient between score of each item and total score of the scale ranged from 0.507 to 0.738(P<0.001),and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient in the scale did not increase after deleting each item.The item⁃level CVI(I⁃CVI)of the Chinese version DS⁃Ⅱranged from 0.800 to 1.000.And the scale⁃level CVI(S⁃CVI)was 0.969.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 2 common factors,and cumulative variance contribution rate was 60.516%.The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that correctedχ2/df was 1.877,GFI was 0.927,NFI was 0.928,RFI was 0.904,RMR was 0.034,RMSEA was 0.058,and all indicators met the standard.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.906,the test⁃retest reliability was 0.859,and the half⁃reliability was 0.792.Conclusions:The Chinese version DS⁃Ⅱhas good reliability and validity.It can be used as assessment tool for unconsciousness of cancer patients in China.
