干熄焦活性炭脱硫技术在安钢的应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了活性炭吸附脱硫技术在干熄焦放散烟气处理过程中的应用。吸附态的SO_(2)在烟气中氧气和水蒸气存在的条件下被氧化为硫酸,脱硫处理后的烟气经管道汇入原地面除尘站,经过过滤处理后达标排放,活性炭经过再生反应后循环利用,达到了干熄焦预存段放散烟气除尘脱硫净化的目的。环保在线监测数据SO_(2)排放≤35 mg/Nm^(3)、颗粒物排放≤10 mg/Nm^(3),完全满足《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》的要求。 This paper introduces the application of activated carbon adsorption desulfurization technology in the process of CDQ emission flue gas treatment.The adsorbed SO_(2)is oxidized to sulfuric acid in the presence of oxygen and steam in the flue gas.The flue gas after desulfurization is collected into the original ground dust removal station through the pipeline.After filtration,it is discharged up to the standard.The activated carbon is recycled after regeneration reaction.The purpose of dust removal and desulfurization of flue gas discharged from CDQ pre-storage section is achieved.The on-line monitoring data of environmental protection such as SO_(2)emission≤35 mg/Nm^(3),particulate matter emission≤10 mg/Nm^(3),fully meet the requirements of pollutant emission standard for coking chemical industry.
