摘要
针对安钢1780 mm热连轧生产线厚规格窄断面带钢凸度控制精度不高的问题,分析了轧制负荷、弯辊力、轧制计划编排、轧辊磨损、带钢边降和楔形对凸度的影响规律。根据分析结果并结合安钢的生产实际,提出了轧制10~16 mm规格的小凸度要求产品时采用直热装,轧制里程限制在50块以内,故障时关闭精轧机架冷却水,改进F2-F4的CVC辊型,优化支承辊辊型等措施,可以显著降低钢板的横向凸度波动。通过上述研究,不仅满足了制动鼓产品用户的加工需求,还使得安钢进一步掌握了断面形状控制理论和方法,为板形控制打下了基础,拓宽了产线的控制能力。
The influence of rolling load,roll bending force,rolling schedule,roll wear,strip edge drop and wedge shape on the crown of strip in 1780 mm hot continuous rolling line is analyzed.Combined with the actual production of the plant of Anyang Steel,according to the results of the analysis put forward rolling of 10~16 mm small convex products using direct hot charging and rolling mileage limit within 50 pieces,failure of closed cooling water,improvement of F2 finishing mill stand-F4 CVC roll type,optimization of backup roll roll type measures such as joint can significantly decrease the lateral convex degree of the steel plate.Through the above research,it not only meets the processing needs of users of brake drum products,but also makes Anyang Steel further master the theory and method of section shape control,which lays the foundation for shape control and broadens the capacity of production line.
