摘要
目的对一氧化碳中毒患者采用丁苯酞和依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择该院2018年11月—2020年3月收治的一氧化碳中毒患者96例作为该次研究对象。按照随机数表法将其划分为常规组和联合组,每组48例。针对常规组患者采用高压氧和依达拉奉治疗,针对联合组患者在此基础上采用丁苯酞治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果联合组的总有效率(93.8%)明显高于常规组(66.7%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.089,P<0.05);联合组的救治时间(13.5±8.9)min、昏迷时间(25.3±11.4)min、住院时间(6.0±3.3)d均明显低于常规组(32.6±13.7)min、(44.6±13.1)min、(9.9±5.6)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.100、7.700、4.160,P<0.05);联合组的迟发性脑病发生(2.1%)明显低于常规组(16.7%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.414,P<0.05);治疗后,常规组的MMSE评分(22.3±3.2)分明显低于联合组(26.9±2.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.495,P<0.05)。结论针对一氧化碳中毒患者采用丁苯酞和依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗具有显著效果,可以有效减少患者的救治时间,促进其苏醒,而且还可以缩短其住院时间,改善其认知功能,降低其迟发性脑病的发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy with butylphthalide and edaravone in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods From November 2018 to March 2020,96 patients with carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the routine group and the combined group,with 48 patients in each group.Patients in the routine group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen and edaravone,and patients in the combined group were treated with butylphthalide on this basis.Compared the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the combined group(93.8%)was significantly higher than the routine group(66.7%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.089,P<0.05);the treatment time of the combined group was(13.5±8.9)min,the coma time(25.3±11.4)min,the hospitalization time(6.0±3.3)d was significantly lower than that of the routine group(32.6±13.7)min,(44.6±13.1)min,(9.9±5.6)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.100,7.700,4.160,P<0.05);the incidence of delayed encephalopathy in the combined group(2.1%)was significantly lower than that of the routine group(16.7%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.414,P<0.05);after treatment,the MMSE score(22.3±3.2)points of the routine group was significantly lower than the combined group(26.9±2.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.495,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of butylphthalide and edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with carbon monoxide poisoning has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the patient’s treatment time,promote their recovery,and can also shorten their hospital stay,improve their cognitive function,and reduce the incidence of delayed encephalopathy.
