卡培他滨联合多西他赛治疗胃癌的近远期疗效分析

Analysis of the Short-term and Long-term Efficacy of Capecitabine Combined with Docetaxel in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer

目的对胃癌患者采用卡培他滨联合多西他赛治疗的近期疗效和远期疗效进行探究。方法选择该院收治的胃癌患者70例作为该次研究纳入的对象,选取时间为2015年8月—2018年8月。按照随机数字表法将其划分为甲组(n=35)和乙组(n=35)。通过多西他赛治疗甲组,在此基础上联合使用卡培他滨治疗乙组。对两组的近期疗效和远期疗效进行比较。结果甲组总有效率为60.0%,乙组总有效率为85.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.851,P<0.05);甲组的2年生存率为57.1%,乙组的2年生存率为82.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.510,P<0.05);甲组的不良反应发生率为22.9%,乙组的不良反应发生率为28.6%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.299,P>0.05)。结论在胃癌的临床治疗中,联合应用卡培他滨和多西他赛能够起到较好的效果,不仅不良反应少,而且还可以有效提高患者的生存率。

Objective To explore the short-term and long-term efficacy of capecitabine combined with docetaxel in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 70 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,and the selection time was from August 2015 to August 2018.According to the random number table method,it is divided into group A(n=35)and group B(n=35).Docetaxel is used to treat group A,and on this basis,capecitabine is used to treat group B.The short-term and long-term effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was 60.0%,and the total effective rate of group B was 85.7%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.851,P<0.05);2 years of group A of the survival rate was 57.1%,and the 2-year survival rate of group B was 82.9%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.510,P<0.05);adverse reactions in group A was 22.9%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 28.6%.There was no statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=0.299,P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of gastric cancer,the combined application of capecitabine and docetaxel can achieve better results,not only has fewer adverse reactions,but also can effectively improve the survival rate of patients.
