摘要
目的探讨肝移植术后早期超声评估下应用负平衡治疗对患者康复进程的影响。方法该次研究处于2018年1月—2019年12月时间段,将76例行肝移植术治疗患者随机分为两组,一组为对照组36例,应用常规补液法;另一组为观察组40例,超声评估下予以出超>500 mL的负平衡补液法,对两组之间的并发症、肝功能恢复等情况进行比较。结果术后第1天,两组ALT、AST、ALB、TBIL等肝功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3、6天,观察组各项肝功能指标较之对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组并发症情况,包括肺部感染、胸腔积液两项,观察组并发症发生率(5.00%)明显低于对照组(41.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.670,P<0.05)。结论在患者接受肝移植术后,超声评估下早期应用负平衡治疗方案,可减少并发症,并加快患者肝功能恢复,具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of negative balance therapy on the rehabilitation process of patients under early ultrasound evaluation after liver transplantation.Methods The study was conducted in the period from January 2018 to December 2019.76 patients undergoing liver transplantation were randomly divided into two groups.One group was the control group with 36 cases,using conventional fluid rehydration;the other group was observation group 40 cases,under the ultrasound evaluation,gave a negative balance fluid rehydration method of more than 500 mL,and the complications and liver function recovery between the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in liver function indexes such as ALT,AST,ALB,TBIL,etc.between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05);on the 3rd and 6th day after surgery,the liver function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups of complications,including pulmonary infection and pleural effusion,the complication rate of the observation group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(41.67%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.670,P<0.05).Conclusion After patients undergoing liver transplantation,early application of negative balance therapy under ultrasound evaluation can reduce complications and speed up the recovery of liver function in patients,which has promotional value.
