阿帕替尼联合替吉奥对晚期食管癌疗效及血清VEGF、VEGFR-2、bFGF水平影响

The Effect of Apatinib Combined with Tigio on Advanced Esophageal Cancer and the Effect of Serum VEGF,VEGFR-2 and bFGF Levels

目的探讨阿帕替尼联合替吉奥对晚期食管癌疗效及血清VEGF、VEGFR-2、bFGF水平影响。方法选取该院肿瘤科2019年1月—2020年6月的62例食管癌患者,按照随机数表法分为联合组及对照组,每组31例。对照组采用替吉奥胶囊,联合组在对照组基础上加用甲磺酸阿帕替尼片,观察1个治疗周期。比较两组治疗效果。结果1个治疗周期结束时,联合组有效率51.61%,高于对照组的22.58%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.598,P=0.018)。治疗后,两组各指标均有不同程度的降低,与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗晚期食管癌,疗效较好,不良反应较小,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of apatinib combined with Tiggio on advanced esophageal cancer and the effect of serum VEGF,VEGFR-2,bFGF levels;Methods A selection of 62 patients with esophageal cancer in the oncology department of the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were divided into a combination group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tiggio capsules,and the combination group was treated with apatinib mesylate tablets on the basis of the control group.One treatment cycle was observed.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results At the end of one treatment cycle,the effective rate of the combination group was 51.61%,which was higher than 22.58%of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.598,P=0.018).After treatment,the indicators of the two groups were reduced to different degrees.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combination group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Apatinib combined with Tiggio has better curative effect and less side effects in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.It is worthy of clinical application.
