Nd:YAG激光联合米诺环素治疗牙周炎的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Nd:YAG Laser Combined with Minocycline in the Treatment of Periodontitis

目的分析Nd:YAG激光联合米诺环素治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法2019年6月—2020年6月选取慢性牙周炎患者70例为研究对象,分为参照组35例与研究组35例,参照组实施米诺环素软膏治疗,研究组联合Nd:YAG激光治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、评估患者的牙周指数、炎症因子、不良反应。结果对于治疗后菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数,研究组(0.51±0.42)分、(1.29±0.62)分更优,差异有统计学意义(t=5.745、7.235,P<0.05);治疗后,白细胞介素-6(1.91±0.52)ng/mL、白细胞介素-8(2.89±0.62)ng/mL优于参照组(2.76±0.68)、(4.32±0.57)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=5.874、10.045,P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率(97.14%)更优与参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(11.43%)与参照组(14.29%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎患者采用Nd:YAG激光联合米诺环素治疗,有效改善患者的牙周指标,促使血清生化指标降低,提高治疗有效率,不良反应少,安全性高,具有显著应用效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Nd:YAG laser combined with minocycline in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020 a total of 70 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected as the object.They were divided into 35 cases in the reference group and 35 cases in the study group.The reference group was treated with minocycline ointment.Nd:YAG laser treatment was combined in the study group to compare the treatment effects and evaluate the periodontal index,inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions of the patients.Results For the plaque index and gingival crevicular hemorrhage index after treatment,the study group(0.51±0.42)points、(1.29±0.62)points,scored better,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.745,7.235,P<0.05);after treatment,interleukin-6(1.91±0.52)ng/mL、Interleukin-8(2.89±0.62)ng/mL is better than the reference group(2.76±0.68)、(4.32±0.57)ng/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.874,10.045,P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the study group(97.14%)was better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the study group(11.43%)was compared with the reference group(14.29%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic periodontitis patients with Nd:YAG laser combined with minocycline can effectively improve the periodontal indexes of the patients,promote the reduction of serum biochemical indexes,improve the effective rate of treatment,less adverse reactions,and high safety.It has a significant application effect.
