强化护理干预用于输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的围术期护理效果分析

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Effect of Intensive Nursing Intervention for Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Ureteral Calculi

目的探究强化护理干预用于输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的围术期护理效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月该院收治的100例输尿管结石患者作为该次的研究对象。用单双数分组的方式将100例输尿管结石患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者围手术期间采用常规护理,观察组患者围手术期间采用强化护理干预,对比两组患者碎石成功率和并发症发生率、患者临床指标、患者生活质量以及护理满意度评分。结果观察组患者1次性碎石成功率96%,比对照组患者的1次性碎石成功率82%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间(4.83±1.65)d和症状消失时间(3.24±0.69)d,均短于对照组患者的住院时间(6.72±1.14)d和症状消失时间(5.53±1.13)d,差异有统计学意义(t=12.230、6.664,P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量以及满意度评分,均高于对照组患者的生活质量以及满意度评分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.893、4.136、2.930、4.693,P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率(4%)比对照组患者的并发症发生率(16%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者的围术期护理中应用强化护理干预,对巩固治疗效果、提升患者的生活质量具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing effect of intensive nursing intervention for ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods 100 patients with ureteral calculi treated in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The 100 patients with ureteral calculi were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care during the perioperative period,and patients in the observation group received intensive care intervention during the perioperative period.The success rate of lithotripsy and the incidence of complications,clinical indicators,patient quality of life and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time lithotripsy of the observation group was 96%,which was 82%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);the hospital stay of the observation group was(4.83±1.65)d and the time of symptom disappearance(3.24±0.69)d,which was shorter than the hospitalization time(6.72±1.14)d and symptom disappearance time(5.53±1.13)d of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.230,6.664,P<0.05);the quality of life and satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.893,4.136,2.930,4.693,P<0.05);The complication rate was 4%,which was 16%lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with ureteral calculi under ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy plays an important role in consolidating the effect of treatment and improving the quality of life of patients.
