摘要 目的研究并分析综合健康教育应用于精神分裂症患者护理中的作用及效果。方法选择2018年1月2019年12月在医院收治的精神分裂症患者68例进行研究,按照来院治疗的先后顺序,将68例患者分为对照组(n=34例)和研究组(n=34例)。入院期间,对照组患者行常规护理干预,研究组患者行综合健康教育,分别观察两组患者的精神状态改善情况,并对比其疗效症状、生命质量、护理满意度。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组患者的情绪状态均明显改善,且研究组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)为(30.28±4.79)分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)为(30.38±8.52)分,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.039、8.249,P<0.05);护理后两组患者的疗效症状均明显改善,且研究组的疗效症状评分为(39.12±5.13)分,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.518,P<0.05);护理后两组患者的生活质量均明显改善,且研究组的生活质量评分为(1.08±0.03)分,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=29.000,P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为94.12%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者护理中应用综合健康教育,有助于改善患者的康复及预后效果,稳定其心理状态,同时还能提高患者的生命质量和护理满意度,值得在临床工作中持续推广或应用。 Objective To study and analyze the role and effect of comprehensive health education in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia.Methods The 68 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected for the study.According to the order of treatment in the hospital,the 68 patients were divided into a control group(n=34 cases)and a study group(n=34 cases).During admission,patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions,and patients in the study group received comprehensive health education.The improvement of the mental state of the two groups of patients was observed,and their curative effects,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Compared with before nursing,the emotional state of the two groups of patients was significantly improved after nursing,and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the study group was(30.28±4.79)points,and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)was(30.38±8.52)points were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.039,8.249,P<0.05);after nursing,the efficacy symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved,and the efficacy symptoms score of the study group was(39.12±5.13)points significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.518,P<0.05);after nursing,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was significantly improved,and the quality of life score of the study group was(1.08±0.03)points significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=29.000,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive health education in the care of patients with schizophrenia can help improve the patient’s rehabilitation and prognosis,stabilize their psychological state,and at the same time improve the patient’s quality of life and nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of continuous promotion and application in clinical work.
