Research Progress on Application of Fermented Feed in Broilers Production

发酵饲料是饲料经微生物发酵而得来的产物。一直以来,发酵饲料因为具备良好的经济效益,同时在禁抗的大背景下具有良好的替抗效果而备受关注。发酵饲料特点鲜明,种类丰富,在肉鸡中应用效果明显,具有广阔的发展前景。文章对发酵饲料的种类、特点、在肉鸡中的应用效果和存在的问题以及发展趋势进行了综述,以期为相关研究及其应用提供参考依据。

Fermented feeds are mostly obtained from the microorganisms fermentation.Over the past years,fermented feeds had attracted much attention because of its good economic importance and its antibiotics roles.The application of fermented feeds in broilers is common due to the distinctive characteristics of fermented feeds.Hence,fermented feeds have a broad developmental prospects.The types and characteristics of fermented feeds,their application effects in broilers,existing problems and development trends were reviewed,as well as provided a reliable theoretical basis for related researchs and applications was provided.
