摘要
为了充分挖掘柔性负荷的调控潜能,引导海量分散分布的负荷侧资源与电网进行良性互动,更经济、高效、安全地实现资源优化配置和能源利用效率的提升,适应未来智能电网的发展需求。根据空调负荷、电动汽车以及储能设备的运行特性,着重挖掘空调负荷与电动汽车充电的虚拟储能能力,进行类似于一般储能设备的建模,并采用蒙特卡洛模拟方法分析虚拟储能聚合模型特性,得到日前参与调度的可用容量;然后提出了一种可统一用于3类负荷的调控裕度指标,来衡量负荷调度的优先性;最后以实际空调与电动汽车作为算例,根据室外温度变化以及电动汽车充电计划,得到了日前可调控容量结果。
In order to fully tap the regulation potential of flexible load,massive distributed load side resources are led to interacted with the power grid.Thus,the optimal allocation of resources and the improvement of energy utilization efficiency can be realized more economically,efficiently and safely,which is adaptive to the development of smart grid.According to the characteristics of air conditioning load and operation characteristics of electric vehicle and energy storage equipment,the focuses are laid on exploring the virtual energy storage capacity in air conditioning load and charging of electric vehicle.The modelling for virtual energy storage capacity is similar to the general energy storage equipment.Analysing the characteristics of virtual energy storage aggregation model by Monte Carlo simulation method,the available capacity participating in dispatching is obtained.Then,a unified margin control index is proposed to measure the dispatch priority of the three types of loads.Finally,taking the case including air conditioners and electric vehicles as the example,an adjustable capacity which can vary with the outdoor temperature and electric vehicle charging plan is obtained.
