不同化疗周期的乳腺癌患者认知功能障碍现状及影响因素研究

Present situation on cognitive dysfunction of breast cancer patients in different chemotherapy cycles and study on influencing factors

目的调查了解不同化疗周期的乳腺癌患者认知功能障碍现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在江西省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院住院的110例乳腺癌化疗患者。采用一般资料调查表和中文版蒙特利尔认知评估问卷进行调查。结果110例乳腺癌化疗患者中文版蒙特利尔认知评估问卷总分为(21.31±4.48)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、职业和化疗周期是乳腺癌患者认知功能障碍的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论不同化疗周期的乳腺癌患者认知功能障碍发生率较高,受年龄、职业和化疗周期的影响。

Objective To investigate the present situation on cognitive dysfunction of breast cancer patients in different chemotherapy cycles and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 110 breast cancer inpatients undergoing chemotherapy in a top ranked cancer hospital in Jiangxi Province from Jan.2019 to Jan.2020.Investigate them by general information questionnaire and Chinese version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Questionnaire(MOCA).Result The total score on Chinese version of MOCA for 110 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy is(21.31±4.48).Result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that age,occupation and chemotherapy cycle are influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction of breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of cognitive dysfunction is higher in breast cancer patients with different chemotherapy cycles,which is influenced by age,occupation and chemotherapy cycle.
