双任务训练对帕金森患者步态障碍影响的Meta分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的系统评价双任务训练对帕金森患者步态障碍的影响。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学数据库等,收集关于帕金森病患者实施双任务训练的临床研究文献,使用文献信息提取表提取数据,选择符合要求的随机对照研究,采用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入7篇文献,总样本量212例。Meta分析结果显示,实验组步速(MD=0.10,95%CI:0.02~0.17,P=0.01)及步长(SMD=0.43,95%CI:0.17~0.68,P=0.001)较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义;步频(MD=0.70,95%CI:-2.59~4.00,P=0.68)较对照组升高,但差异无统计学意义。结论双任务训练有助于提高帕金森患者的步速及步长,但对步频提高的效果并不显著,有待进一步验证。
