摘要 选取3D打印各类工艺中常用的熔融沉积工艺和立体光固化工艺,设计并制作L型实验试件,对试件进行表面粗糙度测试。对比由两种工艺制成试件的表面质量,参考实测的实际轮廓图分析影响制件表面质量的主要因素,为3D打印工艺的合理选用和3D打印制件表面质量的改进提高提供指导性依据。 In this paper,the melting deposition process and stereoscopic light curing process commonly used in various 3D printing processes were selected to design and manufacture L-shaped experimental specimens,and the surface roughness of the specimens was tested.By comparing the surface quality of the specimens made by the two processes,and referring to the actually measured contour map,the influencing factors of the surface quality of the specimens were analyzed,which provides guidance for the reasonable selection of 3D printing process and the improvement of the surface quality of 3D printed parts.
