摘要 大肠杆菌是一种条件致病性的人畜共患病病原菌,对人和动物健康有着严重的危害。因致病性大肠杆菌造成的动物感染和动物产品污染在动物健康和公共卫生安全上是一个严重的问题。大肠杆菌的分子分型和系统进化分群对于准确、快速地确定大肠杆菌的污染及感染来源,判定不同大肠杆菌致病性之强弱,保障人类和动物健康,改善公共卫生环境具有重大意义。为此,文章综述了大肠杆菌的分子分型方法,以期为大肠杆菌的进一步研究提供参考。 Escherichia coli is a kind of conditional pathogenic zoonotic pathogen,which has serious harm to human and animal health.Animal infections and animal product contamination caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli is a serious problem in animal health and public healthy safety.Molecular typing and phylogenetic grouping of E.coli are of great significance to accurately and quickly determine the pollution and infection source of E.coli,determine the pathogenicity of different E.coli,protect human and animal health and improve public health.In this paper,the research progress of molecular typing methods of Escherichia coli were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the further study of Escherichia coli.
