Barrett食管是一种癌前病变,有发展为食管腺癌的风险,近年来其患病率呈逐渐增加的趋势。随着消化内镜技术的飞速发展,对Barrett食管的内镜下治疗有了更多的新手段和新认识。本文就Barrett食管内镜下治疗的最新进展做一综述。

Barrett′s esophagus is a kind of precancerous lesion,which has the risk of developing into esophageal adenocarcinoma.In recent years,the morbidity rate of Barrett′s esophagus is gradually increasing.With the rapid development of digestive endoscopy,there are more new methods and new knowledge of endoscopic treatment of Barrett′s esophagus.This article reviews the latest progress in endoscopic treatment of Barrett′s esophagus.
