慢性泄泻的中医处方方法辨析

An analysis of TCM prescription methods for chronic diarrhea

慢性泄泻临床症状复杂多样,病程缠绵难愈,多以复合证型为主。文章运用中医处方方法学探究治疗慢性泄泻的临床思路,以脾虚为根本,明辨标本虚实,做到以证候为中心,分析慢性泄泻复杂的病因病机;以法为纲,把握慢性泄泻的治则治法;以方为例,选择最佳的处方用药,使理法方药有机融为一体,从而创新诊疗思路,使临床医生遣药组方的思路更加明晰,以提高临床疗效。

The clinical symptoms of chronic diarrhoea are complex and varied, and the course of the disease is lingering, mostly with complex syndromes. In this article, TCM prescription methodology was applied to explore the clinical thinking of treating chronic diarrhea. From the perspectives of taking spleen deficiency as the foundation, distinguishing the indeficiency and excess, and focusing on the syndromes, the complicated etiology and pathogenesis of chronic diarrhea were analyzed. The treatment principle and therapy of chronic diarrhea were held based on taking therapy as the guideline. The best prescription was chose based on taking prescription as examples, in order to make the therapy and prescription were organically integrated, so as to innovate the thinking of diagnosis and treatment, and make the thinking of dispensing prescription more clear,thereby improving the clinical effects.
