四逆汤加味合督脉灸治疗抑郁症30例疗效观察

Treating 30 cases of depression with the Sini decoction plus moxibustion on Du channel

目的:探讨四逆汤加味合督脉灸治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:选择融安县中医医院2018年1-12月抑郁症患者60例进行研究,对照组采用西药疗法,观察组基于对照组的疗法,采用扶阳督脉灸联合四逆汤加味。比较两组患者的治疗前和治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分、临床疗效总评量表-病情严重程度指数(Clinical Global Impression Severity Index,CGI-SI)、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后1个月、治疗后6个月、治疗后1年,观察组HAMA评分显著低于对照组,P <0.05;与治疗前对比,治疗后1个月、治疗后6个月、治疗后1年两组HAMA评分显著降低,P <0.05。治疗后1个月、治疗后6个月、治疗后1年,观察组HAMD评分显著低于对照组,P <0.05;与治疗前对比,治疗后1个月、治疗后6个月、治疗后1年两组HAMD评分显著降低,P <0.05。治疗后1个月、治疗后6个月、治疗后1年,观察组CGI-SI评分显著低于对照组,P <0.05;与治疗前对比,治疗后1个月、治疗后6个月、治疗后1年两组CGI-SI评分显著降低,P <0.05。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,P <0.05。结论:四逆汤加味合督脉灸治疗抑郁症突出了整体性的特点,具有综合调整的优势,不良反应小、安全且经济。

Objective: To explore the effects of the Sini decoction(四逆汤) plus moxibustion on Du channel(督脉灸) on depression.Methods: 60 cases in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected for the study. The control group was treated with Western medicine, and the observation group was given Western medicine plus moxibustion on Du channel and the Sini decoction. Results:1 month after treatment, 6 months after treatment, and 1 year after treatment, the HAMA score, the HAMD score and the CGI-SI score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. Compared with before treatment, 1 month after treatment, 6 months after treatment, and 1 year after treatment, the HAMA scores, the HAMD score and the CGI-SI score in the group were significantly reduced, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Sini decoction plus moxibustion on Du channel on depression highlights the overall characteristics, has the advantage of comprehensive adjustment, with fewer adverse reactions, and is safe and economical.
