加味调胃承气汤子午流注穴位贴敷干预产后便秘的临床研究

Treating postpartum constipation by acupoint application of the Tiaowei Chengqi decoction based on the Ziwu Liuzhu therapy

目的:观察加味调胃承气汤子午流注穴位贴敷治疗产后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将100例产后便秘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组50例,采用加味调胃承气汤子午流注穴位贴敷神阙穴,对照组50例采用口服麻仁丸治疗,两组均以治疗5天为一个疗程。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对两组患者治疗前后便秘主要症状评分及中医症状量化评分比较,治疗组改善产妇便秘症状的幅度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味调胃承气汤子午流注穴位贴敷治疗产后便秘的临床疗效满意。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of the Tiaowei Chengqi decoction(调胃承气汤)based on the Ziwu Liuzhu therapy(子午流注法)on postpartum constipation.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.50 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupoint application of the Tiaowei Chengqi decoction based on the Ziwu Liuzhu therapy.50 cases in the control group were treated with oral Maren Wan(麻仁丸).Both groups were treated for 5 days as a course of treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The main symptom sores of constipation,and the quantitative scores of symptoms in the two groups were compared,and the ameliorated degree of maternal constipation symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupoint application of the Tiaowei Chengqi decoction based on the Ziwu Liuzhu therapy on postpartum constipation is satisfactory.
