文章通过文献整理与理论探讨对肝肾同源理论的学术渊源与发展进行了归纳和分析,并结合糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)并发肝损伤发病和临床特点,阐述了肝肾同源理论与DM并发肝损伤发病机制及治疗的相关性;认为肝肾不足,气机不畅为DM并发肝损伤主要病机,立足于中医"肝肾同源"理论论治DM并发肝损伤是有其病理生理基础的。深入研究"肝肾同病"理论与DM并发肝损伤的关系,有利于提高DM并发肝损伤临床防治水平。

This article focuses on the theoretical research,we sum up and analyse the academic origin and evolving tract of the theory of liver and kidney homology by the literary evidence and theoretical exploration. Combined with the clinical characteristics of diabetic liver injury, we also inquire into and prove the important problems that the relevance of the theory and the treatment of diabetic liver injury.
