便秘是消化道常见的疾病之一,通过《伤寒杂病论》和《温病条辨》中的相关经典条文和方剂,同时结合近现代相关医家治疗便秘的临证思路和经验,阐述五脏六腑皆令人秘。便秘的发生与其他脏腑的功能失调关系紧密,但与阳明太阴的关系最为密切。文章多角度地运用中医基础理论剖析便秘的病因病机,分别从足阳明胃与太阴脾、手阳明大肠与太阴肺、足厥阴肝与少阳胆、手厥阴心包与少阳三焦、足少阴肾与太阳膀胱、手少阴心与太阳小肠分析导致便秘的机制;另外,临床上亦应重视其他脏腑经络对便秘的影响,同时也应注意阳明太阴与其他脏腑之间的关系,树立整体观念结合辨证论治,以期能更好地指导临床。

Constipation is one of the common diseases of digestive tract. In this article, based on the relevant classical stripes and prescriptions in Shanghan Zabing Lun(《伤寒杂病论》) and Wenbing Tiaobian(《温病条辨》), and combined with the clinical ideas and experience of modern and contemporary physicians in treating constipation, constipation due to abnormal function of internal organs was introduced. The occurrence of constipation was closely related to other viscera disorders, but most closely related to Yangming Taiyin(阳明太阴). In this paper, the basic theory of TCM is applied to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of constipation from many aspects. In clinic, we should pay attention to the influence of other viscera meridians on constipation, the relationship between Yangming Taiyin and other viscera, and overall concept, and combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment, in order to better guide the clinic.
