摘要
本文采用玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚甲醛,考察不同玻纤添加量及退火对POM流变行为、力学性能及热性能的影响。研究结果表明:玻纤的加入使聚合物基体的结晶度提升,熔体的储能模量、耗能模量及复数粘度明显提升;同时,玻纤的加入,尤其是退火后处理,能有效提高基体的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量;但是,玻纤的加入对基体的冲击性能的改善效果不明显,体系的维卡软化点温度略有提升。从扫描电镜结果可以看出,玻纤在基体中的拨出现象较为明显,玻纤/基体之间的界面结合较差是玻纤对POM力学性能改善效果不佳的最主要原因。
In this paper,polyoxymethylene(POM)was modified with glass fiber(GF),and the influence of fiber content and annealing process on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and rheological behavior of matrix were investigated.The results showed that the crystallinity,storage modulus,loss modulus and complex viscosity of POM matrix increased obviously with the addition of glass fiber,meanwhile,the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of composites with GF improved,especially those annealed.However,the impact strength of POM was not improved.In addition,the Vicat softening point temperature of the composite slightly improved with the addition of glass fiber.From the results of scanning electron microscopy,it can be seen that the extraction of fibers from the matrix was obvious,which showed that the interfacial adhesion of fiber/matrix interface was poor,which was the main reason that the filler fiber produced little effect on the mechanical properties of POM.
