On the Dilemma of Interest Conflict in Ethnic Areas

利益是社会关系中主客体相互耦合并满足主体在物质和精神方面的需要。就利益冲突而言,存在以下三重矛盾:一是利益主体之间的矛盾,二是利益客体之间的矛盾,三是利益主客体之间的矛盾。民族地区的利益冲突需充分考量其特殊的地理环境与人文社会因素,结合时间与空间,辩证地看待利益冲突、利益融合、利益困境的发生与索解,最终实现当代民族地区的价值,即用“是非善恶”促进民族团结与合作共赢,建立一个适应新时代变化的公平正义的社会格局。

Interest is the mutual coupling of subject and object in social relations to meet the material and spiritual needs of the subject.In terms of interest conflict,there are three contradictions:the contradiction between interest subjects,the contradiction between interest objects,and the contradiction between interest subjects and objects.In order to realize the value of contemporary ethnic areas,we should fully consider its special geographical environment and humanistic and social factors,dialectically look at the occurrence and solution of interest conflicts,interest integration and interest dilemmas in combination with time and space,that is,to promote national unity and win-win cooperation with“right and wrong,good and evil”,and to establish a fair and just social pattern adapting to the changes of the new era.
