应用型高校商务英语人才培养模式构建--基于ESP需求分析理论

Construction of Business English Talent Training Model in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities--Based on ESP Need Analysis Theory

文章基于ESP需求分析理论,结合国家对外开放政策,认为应用型高校商务英语专业必须以市场需求为导向进行人才培养模式改革,优化课程体系,增加应用型课程比例,充分利用多媒体等现代化信息技术手段,加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,以培养适应社会需求的“语言+X”高素质复合型英语人才。

Based on the ESP need analysis theory and the national opening-up policy,this paper holds that business English majors in application-oriented universities must reform the talent training mode,optimize the curriculum system,increase the proportion of application-oriented courses,make full use of modern information technology means such as multimedia,and strengthen the construction of“double qualified”teachers.It hopes to cultivate“language+X”high-quality compound English talents to meet the needs of society.
