深海采矿钢结构塔架和底座平台的结构设计和强度分析

摘要 分析对比深海采矿试验工程装置与海洋石油钻井平台的不同之处,通过对设计载荷的计算和作业工况进行分析,设计深海采矿工程的钢结构塔架和底座平台,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对塔架和底座平台进行建模和静力结构强度分析。计算结果表明,该塔架和底座平台设计满足深海采矿的特殊作业需求,可为后续深海采矿工程塔架和底座平台的功能设计、结构优化和总体布局优化等提供参考。 The differences between the deep-sea mining test project and the offshore oil drilling platform are analyzed and compared in this paper.The steel tower and the base platform suitable for deep-sea mining is designed based on the calculation of design loads and the analysis of operating conditions.ANSYS finite element software is used in both the modeling of tower and base platform and the analysis of static structural strength.The result shows that the design of tower and base platform meets the special needs of deep-sea mining project.It provides reference for the subsequent function design of the tower and base platform,the structural optimization,the overall layout optimization and etc.
