摘要
针对2台用于辅助切割机划线的划线机在实际应用中出现的效率达不到预期的问题,提出一种划线机效率提升方案。对影响划线机效率的因素进行分析,在此基础上,通过改变划线路径、划线内容和喷印方式等对划线方案进行优化,达到2台划线机匹配7台切割机作业的目标。统计分析结果表明,优化改进之后,1台划线机原则上可匹配2.5台切割机。
This study proposes a scheme to solve the issue that two marking machines which mark lines for cutting machines cannot achieve the expected working efficiency during operation.Modifications to the line drawing path,the marking content and the spray method are produced to optimize the marking scheme based on the analysis of factors affecting the marking efficiency to reach the expected goal of two marking machines serving seven cutting machines.The result of statistical analysis shows that one marking machine can principally serve 2.5 cutting machines after the optimization,
