摘要
从人口学基本情况、工作情况、工作感知情况及城市融入情况四个方面对泉州市外来务工女性的生存发展现状进行调查。结果发现,在泉州市外来务工女性权益保护方面存在对外来务工女性权益保护的法律法规不完善;企业忽视对外来务工女性权益的保障,工会作用缺失;同时,外来务工女性权益保障意识淡薄,对相关保障政策不关注等问题。泉州市可采取赋予外来务工女性子女与城镇居民同等的教育资源;拓宽职业教育覆盖面,提升外来务工女性职业技能;提升外来务工女性素质,促进其对城市生活的适应、认同和融入;完善泉州市外来务工女性权益保护的法律法规;加强企业及个人两个层面的劳动保障政策宣传和落实等对策。
An in-depth investigation into the current living and development situations of migrant women in Quanzhou City was conducted from the aspects of demography,work,job perception and urban integration.The problems existed such as imperfect laws and regulation of women migrant workers’rights and interests protection,corporate ignorance of rights and interests protection,missing roles of the labor union,and women migrant workers’weak awareness of rights and interests protection or protection policies.It was suggested that,the children of migrant women be endowed with the same educational resources as urban residents,that women migrants be involved in vocational education&training for skill improvement,that women migrant workers be more well-educated to boost adaptation,identification and integration into urban life,that laws and regulations concerned be refined,and that the publicity and implementation of labor security policies at both enterprise and individual levels be strengthened.
