采用杆组法的织机开口机构运动学分析及其仿真

摘要 采用杆组法对织机的开口机构建立数学模型进行运动学分析,并利用TrueBasic编制相关程序计算开口机构的运动学参数。运用三维建模工具对开口机构进行几何建模,并对机构进行运动学仿真。结果表明:采用杆组法计算的数学参数与三维建模工具仿真得到的运动学参数高度吻合。 A mathematical model of the opening mechanism of the loom was established by the method of bar group,and the kinematic parameters of the opening mechanism were calculated with TrueBasic.A three-dimensional modeling tool was used to build a geometric model of the opening mechanism and to carry out a kinematic simulation of the mechanism.The results showed that the mathematical parameters calculated with the bar group method were highly consistent with the kinematic parameters obtained from the simulation with the three-dimensional modeling tool.
