摘要
采用GS-Revit软件建立一高层剪力墙结构的BIM(建筑信息模型)正向设计模型,并从模型建立、计算结果、PC构件设计分析BIM正向设计在装配式高层剪力墙结构中的应用与局限。结果表明:BIM正向设计在装配式高层剪力墙结构模型建立、计算分析方面的实现与常用的结构设计软件PKPM、YJK操作类同;可在GS-Revit中实时更新结构计算模型和施工图;PC构件深化设计模板图、配筋图、配筋表与构件拆分模型联动;结构BIM模型标准层数多较大程度影响导出计算时间,梁与剪力墙构件布置无法自动分界,非均布线荷载导出计算有误差。
A GS-Revit model of BIM forward design was established for a precast high-rise shear wall structure.The application and limitation of the design were analyzed from the aspects of model establishment,calculation results and PC component design.The results showed that the implementation method of BIM forward design is similar to that of the commonly used structural design software such as PKPM and YJK in terms of model establishment and calculation of precast high-rise shear wall structures;the structural calculation model and construction drawing can be updated in real time in GS-Revit;the PC component deepening design template drawings,reinforcement drawings and reinforcement tables are linked to component split models;the number of standard layers of the structural BIM model greatly affects the export calculation time;the layout of beam and shear wall components cannot be automatically separated;an error is found in the calculation of non-uniform line load.
